Terms and Conditions

Customer service is very important to us.  We want you to be happy with the items you buy from us, and the service we provide.  On the rare occasions that things do go wrong, we'll try to put it right.

Returns

We have a no quibble returns policy.  If items are incorrect, wrongly described, or damaged/defective, we will refund in full, including the cost of return postage.  If you want to return an item for any other reason, such as a change of mind, we will refund the purchase costs (including postage), but you are reponsible for the return postage cost, and the item must be returned in the condition sent.

We ask that you notify us within fourteen days of receipt  that you wish to return an item.  Payment will be refunded promptly when we have received the item back.

Payment methods

We accept Paypal, cheques and postal orders.  Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to cancel orders where payment has not been received within seven days.

Shipping & despatch

All items are sent in new board backed envelopes or postal tubes suitable for the size of the item(s).

We post within three working days of receiving cleared payment.  We will send a despatch notification email.

Within the UK, we use the Royal Mail postal service, so goods should normally arrive no later than one week from the payment date.

All non-UK items are sent Airmail.  Delivery times can vary, but goods should normally arrive no later than two weeks from payment date.

If an item has not been received after this time, please let us know so that we can assist in locating it.

VAT

We are not currently VAT registered, so no part of our pricing includes any VAT element.

Customer data

We retain customer names and contact information in order to process orders, identify returning customers, and provide any follow-up services requested. This data is not passed to other organisations.  We will remove an individual record if we receive a written request to do so.
